“I felt so comfortable dropping Aurora off at Jackson’s for day care. The staff is so welcoming at the front and they promote a very calm environment. I loved how easy it was to check in on my pup during the day using their 24/7 videos. I also loved that they always had at least 2 staff members in the dog areas. I never felt like a staff member was overwhelmed and they all seemed to work really well together. Jackson’s was a little bit more expensive than the other day care sites I looked at but I think the extra couple of dollars is well worth it for the peace of mind I had. Finally, it was so nice to get a report card for Aurora at the end of the day!”

“I had heard about Jackson’s through another doggy parent at the dog park. I have started going back to the office part-time and I really felt bad leaving Jon “Jonny” Snow at home by himself. So, my fiancé and I took him to Jackson’s Place and “oh my paws” did he love it and we love it too! The staff is super friendly, you can monitor your pup during the day and be rest-assured he/she is in good hands, and their puppy report card is the cutest thing! Took my 18 week old puppy to his first day of daycare and chose Jackson’s. I was not able to tour the facility due to Covid restrictions but the front desk was very nice and the staff welcoming. You can view the indoor and outdoor space via a camera that is constantly streaming video which was great as I could check up on my pup at any time. There is always a person in the space with the dogs at all times which made me feel comfortable. At the end of the day my puppy got a report card and pictures and video! He seemed to have a good day, came home and slept the rest of the night. I look forward to bringing him back!

“At first I was hesitant since there wasn’t a separate area for shy dogs, however the staff is amazing and patient – they love taking the time and getting to know your dog…and may even write poems for his report card (see picture!). My dog, Huckleberry, was a shy rescue, slow to warm up to dogs and humans alike. The staff is great for keeping the playful dogs occupied and making the shy dogs feel welcomed. Jackson’s place is worth every penny.”
